International Shipping

PROstorez does not currently ship to locations outside of the U.S.

Package Holding

If you won’t be home for delivery, you can request to have your Prostorez package held at a FedEx facility for pickup.

To schedule a hold, have your tracking number ready and call FedEx Customer Service at 1-800-GoFedEx (1-800-463-3339) or create a FedEx Delivery Manager account at FedEx.com.

Missing or Damaged Package

If you missed your delivery, the carrier may leave a missed delivery notice on your door or in your mailbox with instructions for pickup or redelivery. If no notice was left or you encounter any issues, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
